Combining both my corporate experience and my passion for enabling employers to realize their full potential, I’ve helped organizations creatively transform their human resources programs for over 15 years. My extensive professional experience and energetic style bring lasting results and deliver value, while my services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual client.

My diverse professional background includes being an HR leader for international organizations in a variety of industries, including high technology, performance-driven marketing, and healthcare. I led the Human Resources function of these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround, and growth modes.

I received my B.S. from Marywood University and my M.A. from Columbia University, Teachers College. I also serve as a part-time faculty member in Keystone College’s School of Business in La Plume, PA. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in Carbondale, PA, where I reside with my husband and son.

We began working with Melanie when Access had just completed an acquisition that doubled our revenue, geographic footprint and number of team members. We needed assistance ensuring our compliance with all things human resource related, plus integrating the new business and its team members into our current human resources structure.
